If you're referring to the pretty silver trim and not the main emblem, it's a GvG reward for the top guilds from a season or two ago.

The Silver Dragon design around the outside was an award given to the place holders (2nd, 3rd etc, I can't remember is it was only 2nd place (WM) that got the silver trim or the other placeholders as well) of the GW championship.


The Winner (Last Pride) got the same design in gold...
